I prefer just making folder icons of the poster. I have a LOT of movies and doing this for each and every one of them seems like to much work.
I just drag the JPG of the poster onto IMG2ICNS.app and boom instant folder icon.

Well then you don’t get this feature yet. This is exclusive to the newest 2.0 (1.2) firmware. The only way to get that firmware is to either pay $99 to become an official developer for the SDK, or to download the firmware illegally and use PwnageTool to get it onto your iPod.
